Documents & support

Project documents are issued by access code.

Program packages, manuals, configuration and handover material all come through the access-code entry. Each code has an expiry and a download limit; when it lapses you can ask for a new one.

  • Documents are issued per project and are not published openly.
  • If a code has expired, run out of downloads, or you need an earlier version, contact me and I will reissue it.

FAQ

What to know before starting a project.

How do I get project files?

Each project gets an access code with an expiry and a download limit. No code? Ask me.

Can you take a single fault call only?

Yes. Billed per visit or per resolved problem.

Is an old system still worth maintaining?

Look at the logs and the architecture first. If it can be patched, keep it; if it cannot run, plan a rebuild.

Remote support or on site?

Remote first where it works. On-site work is billed separately for time and travel.

How do you charge?

By scope and site conditions — no template pricing.
