Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ZhengKa handles necessary data when providing the website, file pickup, consultation, and security services.

Data Collection

We do not build visitor profiles or use data for advertising. Data is processed only in these necessary scenarios:

• Security logs: IP address, request path, User-Agent, and timestamp for WAF, anti-abuse, Fail2Ban, and troubleshooting, retained for a limited security period.
• Contact form: name, email/WeChat/phone, message content, and IP address for replying and anti-abuse.
• File pickup: IP address, pickup code, download time, and count for authorization and anti-bruteforce.

Purpose of Use

The data is used only for service delivery, technical support, security, troubleshooting, and anti-abuse. It is not used for advertising profiles or sold.

Data Storage

Security logs are retained for no more than 180 days by default. Contact and file pickup records are retained as needed for service handling and then cleaned or anonymized. Data is stored on servers in Los Angeles or Hong Kong.

Visitor Rights

Visitors may request access, correction, or deletion of reasonably identifiable data, or ask questions and restrictions about processing.

ZhengKa does not sell visitor data or process it for advertising targeting.
